GARDEN APPLE SPRITZ


INGREDIENTS
Sliced apple
25ml elderflower liqueur
50ml Tipsy Tortoise gin
Cinnamon
50ml tonic
50ml Appletiser
METHOD
Add ice into a tall glass with 25ml of Elderflower liqueur,
50ml of Tipsy tortoise gin and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Top up with some premium tonic and appletiser.

rhubarb liqueur
RHUBARB SOUR


INGREDIENTS
Half an egg white
50ml rhubarb liqueur
25ml lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
METHOD
Add an egg white into a shaker with ice and dry shake
for 5 seconds. Then add the rest of the ingredients into
the shaker and proceed to shake for an additional 8 seconds.
Strain into a short glass and garnish with lime zest.


strawberry liqueur
STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI


INGREDIENTS
50ml strawberry liqueur
25ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 muddled strawberries
METHOD
Put into a blender all the ingredients with plenty of ice.
Blend until smooth, pouring into a daiquiri glass and
garnishing with a strawberry.


mango liqueur
MANGO MULE


INGREDIENTS
50ml Mango Gin Liqueur
25ml Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
METHOD
Fill a mule mug (if you don’t have one, any glass will do) with ice. Then pour in the Mango Gin Liqueur, followed by the lime juice. Finally top up with ginger beer and give it a quick stir. For garnish, add a wedge of Mango or Lime.


blueberry & pear liqueur
VERY BERRY MARTINI


INGREDIENTS
50ml Blueberry & Pear Gin Liqueur
15ml Chambord
15ml Triple Sec (or Cointreau)
25ml Cranberry Juice
3 or 4 Fresh Blueberries
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice (leaving out the blueberries… we’ll need them for garnish) – Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Finally, slide the Blueberries onto a cocktail stick and add to the drink for that real martini look.
